Stanadyne is a north american brand of the Stanadyne Corporation, whose corporate headquarters is located in Windsor, USA, with factories in the U.S. (6), Brazil, Italy, France and India.
The Stanadyne Corporation was founded in 1876, as Hartford Machine Screw Company, and their roots in the development of automatic machines for production of screws. Following the industrialization of america, the Hartford Machine Screw Company, has become a leading provider of precision metal components for industries in north america.
In the 40s, the company began development of the distribution fuel pump mechanism, which has supplied many of the engines diesel in the world. As the market grew in demand for diesel pumps, other innovative products were developed to meet the needs of additional elements of the diesel system.
Today, filters, injectors, fuel management systems, support products and additives, a complete product offering to fuel systems. Other products were developed for the transport markets, based on the capabilities of precision manufacturing company.
