Ultrasound Cleaning Equipment
Ultrasound cleaning is the result of ultrasound
waves introduction in the water, through a
series of transducers. These waves are
transmitted to the whole tank cleaning,
causing a series of implosions into the water,
a phenomenon known as cavitation. These
implosions cause the disruption of the
molecular structure of particles, resulting in
a uniform cleaning pieces, including the orifices
and internal channels in contact with water,
difficult to clean by traditional methods.
These are some of your benefits:
- Microscopy cleaning quality.
- Time savings of approximately 80%
in comparison with a traditional system.
- Hand labor savings
- Water and detergent savings.
- Avoid risk of inhalation and contact so
common in the use of solvents and
alkaline detergents .
- Ecological benefits
